Chilled Watermelon Cooler
Watermelon-3 cups
Rose Syrup- 2 tbsp
Chat Masala-1/2 tbsp 
Lemon juice to taste
Some Ice cubes
In a blender, add 3 cups of watermelon pieces, 2 tbsp. of rose syrup, 1/2 tbsp. of chaat masala and lemon juice and blend it.
Strain the liquid in order to get rid of all the seeds.
Add a few ice cubes, few slices of lime and some mint leaves.
Refrigerate it to enjoy a chilled watermelon cooler.

Fruity Iced Tea
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 glass fresh orange juice
2 tea bags
2 glasses water
4 tbsp sugar substitute
16 ice-cubes
To Garnish
mint leaves (pudina)
4 orange slices

Put one glass of water, sugar substitute and teabags in a pan and bring it to boil.
Cool and remove tea bags
When its completely cold add orange juice and one more glass of water.
Put 4 cubes of ice in each glass and pour the tea mixture over it.
Garnish with mint leaves and Orange slice.
Tips
You can also use fresh apple juice or pineapple juice instead of the orange juice.

Mint Juice
Mint leaves – ½ cup, packed
Honey  – ½ tablespoons
Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
Black salt – 1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Lemon juice – 1 ½ tablespoons
Chilled water – 3 cups

Remove the mint leaves from stems and wash it very well.
Take all the ingredients in the blender with only ½ cup of water.
Blend it into smooth puree.
Add remaining water and swirl again 2-3 times or till just all get incorporated.
If you want you can strain the juice using strainer. I did not strained because I like this way then why do extra step.
If your water is not chilled then chill it in the refrigerator or serve with ice cubes.
If juice is refrigerated then stir first and then pour into the serving glass.

Iced Watermelon

200 gm watermelon
Crushed black rock salt to taste (kala namak)
1/2 tsp kewda
1 tsp dried mint leaves
Pomegranate (Anar) Juice to taste
Peel and deseed the watermelon.
Add rock salt, kewra and mint and blend completely.
Freeze until half frozen.
Pour into glasses and top with some pomegranate syrup.
Apple Punch

1/2 liter apple juice
4 Tbsp lemon juice
2" stick cinnamon (Dalchini)
1/2 ginger cube (Adrak)
3 cloves (Laung)
1 strip lemon rind
Mint (Pudina) sprigs
Add apple juice in a container.
Then add few drops of lime juice into ti.
Put 2 cinnamon sticks, 1/2  ginger cube, some cloves and lemon strings. Combine the mixture well.
Chill and garnish it with few mint leaves. Serve over ice.

Lemona

5 lemons whole
3 bunches mint
1/2 cup honey
Crushed ice

Blend  all the ingredients along with lots of crushed ice in a blender and serve chilled.

Radiant Lemonade
1 apple chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1/2 beetroot, sliced
2-3 slices white radish
1/2 tsp lemon zest
2 Lemons, juice
Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Add little bit of water to adjust the consistency.
Sieve and serve.

Radiant Juice
1 orange
1 apple, chopped
2-3 slices of water melon
1 carrot, chopped
1 small piece of chopped ginger
Some water
Put all the fruits and ginger in a blender.
Add a dash of water to adjust the consistency and blend well.


Honey Lemon Ginger Tea

3 cups water
1 tsp ginger, chopped fine
1 tsp tea leaves, for every cup
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
In a pan heat 3 cups of water.
Before it begins to boil add ginger.
Just as it starts to boil add the tea leaves, lemon juice and honey.
Strain it into a cup and enjoy!

Hot Apple Punch
4 (500 gm) apples, medium
1 Tbsp ginger, coarsely chopped
1/b tsp dal chini (cinnamon), broken
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp pissi kali mirch (black pepper)
Lemon juice to taste
2 Tbsp pudina (mint) leaves 
Ginger, julienned to taste (Patli Lambi Kata)
Extract the apple juice along with the ginger.
Put the juice, dalchini, salt and black pepper in a pan and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Divide the pudina and julienne ginger into four cups, and strain the hot liquid over it.
Add a few drops of lemon juice and serve. 

Carrot Beetroot Juice
1 beetroot
1/2 kg carrots
1/2 " piece of ginger (adrak)
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
black salt (sanchal) to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice

Blend all the ingredients in a mixer with some water except black salt and lemon juice.
Strain the liquid.
Pour in a glass add black salt , lemon juice and ice cubes.
Garnish with mint leaves.

Ginger Zinger
1/2 tsp peeled and grated root ginger
400 ml apple juice
Juice of half a lime
A pinch of coarse black pepper

Mix all the ingredients together and then strain before serving with ice.

Ice Tea
1 cup strong black tea 
2 Tbsp sugar free supplement or to taste - dissolved in some water
1 Tbsp lemon juice 
Ice cubes to fill the glass 
10-12 mint leaves-whole 
Thin lemon slice-slit in one place to hang on the rim of the glass 
A sprig of mint for decoration

Fill the glass with the ice cubes. 
Pour over this the sugar syrup, lemon juice and sprinkle the mint leaves. 
Pour the tea over and stir gently. Allow to cool for a while.
Place the lemon slice on the rim and decorate with the mint sprig.



Carrot Black Grape Juice
1 1/2 cups carrots , roughly chopped
2 cups black grapes
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder 
2 pinches black salt (sanchal)
1 cup crushed ice

Combine the carrots with ¾ cup of water in a mixer and blend to a smooth juice. Strain the juice.
Combine the carrot juice, black grapes, cumin seed powder and black salt in a mixer and blend well to a smooth juice.
In each rock glass, place ¼ cup of crushed ice. Pour equal quantity of the juice over it. Serve immediately.

Tangy Fruit Summer Cooler
2 cups fresh pineapple juice
3 cups fresh watermelon (tarbuj) juice
2 cups fresh sweet lime (mosambi) juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
10-12 ice cubes , crushed

In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients, stir well.
Pour into individual serving glass.
Serve chilled.
